A recent article featured on The Telegraph unveils the suspension of Congestion, ULEZ and LEZ charges starting on 23rd March 2020 and for an indefinite period of time.

Hugely impacting public and private hire fleet operators, the article details the following:

“The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has asked TfL to implement the suspension so that critical workers, including those working for the NHS, can get around as easily as possible during the coronavirus crisis…

For some critical workers, in the current circumstances, driving to work will be the simplest option, which is why the charges have been lifted.”

Further details also reveal additional support for NHS workers through the Santander cycle Scheme.
